Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and friendly food service
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation

Skills

• Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or similar roles within a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
• Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently in a busy setting
• Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food industry best practices
