Accountabilities: Deliver exceptional service by handling inbound reservation inquiries in both English and French with professionalism, empathy, and authenticity. Assist guests in selecting accommodations, room categories, and travel packages while providing personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences. Apply consultative sales techniques to promote premium offerings and enhance each guest's travel experience. Build lasting guest relationships by actively listening, understanding individual needs, and delivering memorable customer interactions. Represent the organization's commitment to responsible hospitality, sustainability, and service excellence in every customer interaction. Accurately manage reservations and customer information using multiple software systems while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate with team members to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to overall business success. Requirements Professional fluency in both English and French, with the ability to confidently communicate with guests in both languages. Experience and/or education in hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or contact center environments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Confidence to make sound decisions, work independently, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team. Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada. Must reside and work remotely from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island. Availability to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, with scheduled consecutive days off. Ability to attend a fully paid 4.5-week onsite training program in Moncton and maintain a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed wired internet. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $21.35 CAD, including a bilingual language premium. Additional overnight shift premium for eligible hours worked after midnight. Four weeks of paid vacation plus 13 paid statutory holidays. Fully paid initial training program, with travel and accommodation provided for eligible candidates.
