Role Description The Shift Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, BC, responsible for overseeing store operations during assigned shifts. This role includes supervising team members, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time. The Shift Manager supports excellent customer service by resolving concerns, managing front-of-house and delivery activities, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Daily tasks involve monitoring inventory levels, assisting with cash handling and reconciliations, and ensuring company policies, food safety, and health regulations are followed. The Shift Manager also helps train new team members, provides ongoing coaching, and supports scheduling and labor management to meet business needs. Qualifications Experience in shift supervision or team leadership in a retail, restaurant, or customer service environment. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. Basic knowledge of food safety, health, and cleanliness standards in a quick-service or restaurant setting. Ability to manage cash handling, reconcile tills, and follow standard operating procedures for financial accuracy. Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate staff, prioritize tasks, and manage busy periods effectively. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and performing hands-on operational tasks. Availability for a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. Prior experience with Domino’s or other pizza/quick-service brands is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
