Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Perform dishwashing and uphold sanitation standards
• Receive, check, and properly store deliveries
• Support plating and service during peak dinner hours
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required ? training will be provided
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Clear communication skills and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Availability for evenings and weekends
