About the role
The Mill Pub is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage and maintain an assigned kitchen station during service
- Ensure food is plated consistently and presented professionally
- Assist with prep work, inventory control, and stocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen leadership as needed
- Perform any and all other job related tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Red Seal preferred.
- Food Safe certified.
- Must have strong a la carte experience and large function catering experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $300.00 per day
