Asking for management assistance where necessary. Maintain complete knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu itemsTakes pride in personal appearance and follows site grooming guidelines and dress code. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and organization of assigned work areas for FOH and BOH. Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned. Set up proper mise for restaurant and workstations.
