Responsibilities include: Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times Dessert and pastry cookery experience Cut / clean / prepare vegetables for service Cooking to order of all menu items Knowledge of vegetable, meat, fish, appetizer, dessert cookery is a must Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day Closing / opening the kitchen Organizing weddings and functions Ability to clean and sanitize a workstation.
