Westbeach was born in Kits and we’re back where it started. We make technical streetwear for people who live for the mountains, the city, and the coast and want gear that can keep up. We're not here to chase trends or relive the past. We're building something new, with roots in skate, surf, and snow. If you’ve got love for all things surf, skate, and snow, we want you on the floor with us.
About the Role As part of the Crew, you're the front line of the Westbeach experience. You bring energy, know how to read a room, and help make the store a place people actually want to be. You’ll help customers find what fits, keep the store looking sharp, and play a key role in making sure every shift runs smoothly. You’re a team player who takes pride in showing up, staying present, and bringing your best.
What You’ll Do: Connect with customers in a helpful and authentic way. Share product knowledge and help educate people on what works for them. Keep the store organized, clean, and visually on point. Support with POS transactions, restocking, and receiving product. Contribute ideas and feedback from the floor including product, community, or operation feedback. Represent the Westbeach culture on the floor and in the community.
What You Bring: Retail and customer service experience. Solid communicator who knows how to listen and connect. You take responsibility, show up for your team, and handle busy days well. Open to feedback, growth, and helping build something that matters. Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
