You will be responsible to lead the implementation and execution of the marketing programs in various Sodexo sites in Ontario including Corporate Segment, Colleges & Universities and Healthcare accounts.What You’ll Do: Drive Operational Marketing ExcellenceLead the implementation of profitable retail and food service programs across your portfolioSupport retention by enhancing client experiences and strengthening value propositionsMonitor performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendationsGather and synthesize market trends, client needs, and consumer behaviours to inform continuous improvementPartner cross-functionally (Segment Marketing, Tech & Services, Culinary, Supply, and Operations) to align strategies with business and client expectationsSupport the rollout of brands and retail concepts, ensuring excellence in execution across menus, pricing, merchandising, and promotionsMaintain consistent brand standards while adapting to regional and client-specific needsDeploy and optimize food technology solutions (e.g., mobile apps, kiosks, vending), driving adoption and seamless integration into the customer journeyDevelop an Efficient Marketing Strategy Across the Campus SegmentExecute marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth, differentiation, and client value within the Campus segmentLeverage market trends, consumer insights, and client needs (including personas and buyer journeys) to inform strategy developmentSupport the development and rollout of go-to-market initiatives that enhance the end-to-end consumer experience, including digital channels such as websitesEnsure alignment between brand positioning, customer touchpoints, and operational deliveryPartner with Operations, Communications, and Business Development teams to execute lead generation initiatives and measure campaign effectivenessSupport Sales and Operations for Key Tenders and Retention through Digital Marketing and CommunicationsDevelop content strategies aligned with global and regional value propositions by leveraging success stories and insights from the fieldCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Communications to create targeted, account-specific campaigns and case studies that support growth and retentionQualificationsWhat You’ll Need to SucceedPost-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing roles, ideally within QSR, retail, or consumer packaging industriesProven ability to execute marketing programs in the field and support operational teams at the site levelStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsSolid project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independentlyStrong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including targeting, campaign execution, and performance measurement; experience in B2C or operational marketing is an assetHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) is an assetAbility to travel up to 40% within the GTA Additional InformationWhat Makes Sodexo Different: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact.
