Dandor Estate Winery is Niagara-on-the-Lake’s newest farm winery, owned and operated by the Bodistean family. Inspired by Moldova’s 5,000-year winemaking legacy and captivated by the unique climate of Niagara-on-the-Lake, the family recognized an opportunity for world-class, premium grape varieties to flourish. Set on a historic 25-acre farm, patience, persistence, and passion brought this vision to life. Each bottle represents a promise of authenticity, experience, and craftmanship from winemakers Alexei Bodistean and Adam Kern. This role will support the daily operation of our tasting room and outdoor experiences. Successful candidates are team-oriented, professional, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Winery Location: 780 Concession 2 Road Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, L0S 1J0

Requirements Lead engaging and educational wine tastings Provide warm and professional guest hospitality Recommend wines and assist with retail wine sales Process transactions accurately through POS systems Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the tasting room

Work Schedule: • Part-time Seasonal - Primarily weekends

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Smart Serve certification required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Weekend and holiday availability is required Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail, or winery experience is considered an asset Wine knowledge or interest in wine is considered an asset
