Position: Takeaway Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive to pick up their takeaway orders
• Assist customers in placing orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations
• Accurately process orders using our POS system and handle cash transactions
• Ensure orders are prepared promptly and packaged neatly for takeaway
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the takeaway area, including cleaning surfaces and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
