You will lead and support the production floor team, helping ensure daily production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will oversee shift flow, support team members, maintain quality and food safety standards, help troubleshoot operational challenges, and work closely with leadership to meet production goals.
As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive, organized, and high-performing work environment. You will help coach and develop team members, support scheduling and task assignments, monitor productivity, and ensure that Crafty’s standards are consistently met across the production facility.

We hiring a Floor Manager to help lead our food production team. If you’re an organized, hands-on leader with experience in food manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you! This role is responsible for leading and supporting our production team in assembling and packaging our frozen food products while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness every step of the way.
What we’re looking for: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (food production, QA, or leadership) HACCP training (required) QA training or food production leadership training (preferred) A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
What you’ll be doing: Leading and supporting entry-level production staff on the floor Ensuring team members follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards in our federally inspected, SQF-certified facility Monitoring workflows to meet production targets and timelines Coordinating with management and QA to address issues quickly and effectively Helping to build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
