We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms and living areas, to meet hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices within a hotel environment is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
