Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Must be able to cook breakfast items in a timely but quick fashion .
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen is highly valued.
