Point No Point Resort is an oceanfront destination offering 25 beach-front rental units perched on a bluff high above the shoreline on 40 acres of rugged waterfront. We are situated on the southwest coast of Vancouver Island in Shirley, 26 kilometers west of Sooke. We are looking for a dependable and versatile addition to our team.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented part-time or full-time Housekeepers to help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect. The role plays a vital part in ensuring our accommodations and resort facilities provide a relaxing and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt to a variety of housekeeping tasks and schedules as needed
• Thoroughly clean guest rental units including sleeping areas, washrooms, kitchens, living spaces, windows and wood fireplaces according to resort standards
• Replenish linens and restock guest supplies
• Maintain laundry operations including washing, drying, folding and organizing linens
• Provide friendly and respectful communication when interacting with guests
• Work independently or with colleagues in a collaborative and respectful environment
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and care to ensure every rental unit and common resort facility is spotless, fully stocked and guest-ready
• Follow established procedures for handling cleaning products and resort equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver?s License (required for use of resort vehicles)
• Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and ability to stay organized while working efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is considered an asset
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for long periods
• Reliable transportation is required, the resort is located 26kms west of Sooke, there is no public transportation to the property
• Must be able to work a variety of weekend and midweek shifts; Friday, Sunday and statutory holidays are often required as shifts are based on demand.
