The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, people-driven leader to step into the role of Head Host / Shift Leader, responsible for ensuring security, safety, and a high-quality guest experience at the front line of the venue.
This is an opportunity for a top-performing host to take on a leadership role with real ownership and impact. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, manage the flow of the room, and set the tone for the entire guest experience. On select shifts, you’ll act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and making real-time decisions.

What You Bring to the Table
- Strong presence, confidence, and leadership ability
- Experience in nightlife, hosting, or front-of-house roles
- Excellent judgment and ability to read situations quickly
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure

Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead the Team
- Direct and support the host team during service
- Set expectations, maintain focus, and drive performance
- Manage the Door
- Control entry, flow, and overall organization of the room
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-paced environment

- Deliver strong first impressions and consistent guest interactions
- Handle situations with confidence, awareness, and professionalism
- Run the Shift
- Take ownership as Manager on Duty on designated nights
- Make real-time decisions to keep operations running seamlessly
