We're Hiring | Regional Sales Lead – FMCG | Canada
An opportunity to lead and scale the Canada business for a globally recognized food & FMCG brand. Location: Canada (Remote) with travel
What you'll do: • Own the regional business with P&L responsibility • Build and manage distributor/importer partnerships • Drive sales growth across ethnic grocery, regional chains & cash-and-carry channels • Expand retail presence, improve off-take, and execute market growth strategies • Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, demand planning, and commercial execution
We're looking for: • FMCG sales experience • Strong expertise in distributor-led sales models • Experience in ethnic/international food markets • Deep understanding of the Canadian retail landscape • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
