Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury suites while ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare luxury condominium suites for guest arrivals and departures
• Perform thorough housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and making beds
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities
• Inspect suites to ensure they meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
• Ensure inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens is properly maintained
• Follow cleaning schedules and turnover timelines efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and discretion while working in occupied or vacant suites
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and building regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, luxury rentals, or residential properties preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies and linens
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as required
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards is an asset
