Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
• Serve breakfast dishes to guests efficiently and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent skills in meal preparation and kitchen organization
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
