Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences.
- Build and nurture a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all locations meet franchise standards for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and service.
- Empower teams to succeed while creating a positive and inclusive work environment
- Monitor daily operations to identify and implement efficiency, productivity, and profitability improvements.
- Support operational transitions, leadership development, and process enhancements across multiple sites.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of multi-unit or area management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with franchise operations.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operational systems.
- Proven track record of leading large teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regularly within Saskatchewan.
