As a Production Teammate in Meat & Seafood, you'll help deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service by preparing, merchandising, and maintaining fresh meat and seafood offerings while ensuring food safety and operational excellence.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Preparing, packaging, labeling, and replenishing meat and seafood products. Providing customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and service at the counter. Maintaining product quality through proper rotation, freshness checks, and food safety practices. Building and maintaining attractive displays and executing merchandising standards. Operating and cleaning department equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. Monitoring pricing, signage, and inventory accuracy. Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participating in the CARE program and collaborating with other store departments.
#INDONWhat you have to offer:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, product handling, and inventory practices. Understanding of meat and seafood products is an asset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and varying temperatures. Must be at least 16 years of age.
