About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Fitness Equipment Technician at Fitness Machine Technicians! This exciting role involves maintaining and repairing fitness equipment, ensuring our clients enjoy top-notch service and equipment performance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various fitness equipment. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions. Install new fitness equipment for clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Stay updated on the latest fitness equipment technologies. Ensure safety standards are met during all service operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a fitness equipment technician or similar role. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of various fitness equipment brands and models. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Willingness to travel within the Raleigh/Durham to Fayetteville area for service calls.

Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
