What You’ll Do

• Lead with a people-first mindset while delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a safe and respectful workplace
• Support the GM and management team on key leadership and operational tasks
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment day-to-day
