📍 Position: Food Service Supervisor 📍 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 📍 Location: Multiple Locations Across Canada 📍 LMIA / PNP Support: Available for eligible candidates
Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Supervise, coordinate, and support daily food service operations ▪️ Lead front-line staff and ensure efficient team performance during shifts ▪️ Train, mentor, and onboard new employees in company procedures and service standards ▪️ Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and customer satisfaction ▪️ Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations ▪️ Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and stock control ▪️ Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards ▪️ Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment ▪️ Support management in achieving operational and performance targets
Candidate Requirements: ✔️ Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality supervision ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✔️ Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure ✔️ Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities ✔️ Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards ✔️ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
