About the role

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food service environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to order with attention to quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
  • Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
