Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
• Use POS systems for order entry, billing, and cash handling
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
• Ensure proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Knowledge of POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality background is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to creating positive guest experiences
