A home might need to be cleaned after a tenant moves out, following maintenance work, before new residents arrive, or simply to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for current occupants.
At Bridgepoint Maintenance, our cleaning team supports a wide variety of residential service appointments across Ontario. Most assignments involve move-out, turnover, or post-maintenance cleaning, but some visits may involve housekeeping services for occupied homes. We’re looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in detailed work, notice the small things, and can complete every assignment independently.
Our Hiring Process
Once your application has been reviewed, qualified candidates will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours inviting them to complete a pre-recorded online interview.
The interview helps us learn more about your cleaning experience, equipment, transportation, availability, and ability to complete residential cleaning assignments independently before moving selected candidates to the next stage.
Typical Assignments
Every Day Is Different, And Your Appointments May Include
Move-out cleaning for residential rental properties Vacant-unit turnover cleaning Deep cleaning following maintenance, repairs, or renovation work Preparing homes before new residents move in Housekeeping services for occupied residential properties when scheduled Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and common spaces Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detailed areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing debris Completing a final quality walkthrough before closing the assignment Taking completion photos when required Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or cleaning issues requiring follow-up Updating assignments through our mobile work app Travelling directly between scheduled properties
The Cleaner We’re Looking For
This Position Is Ideal For Someone Who
Has at least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience Is comfortable completing residential cleaning assignments independently Has experience with move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, or housekeeping Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work Pays close attention to detail Recognizes issues that should be reported rather than ignored Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team
You Will Also Need
Your own reliable vehicle Your own cleaning supplies and equipment A suitable smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking photos, and submitting job updates Basic English communication skills Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
Experience That Will Stand Out
Preference May Be Given To Candidates With Experience In
Residential turnover cleaning Property turnover preparation Post-maintenance or post-renovation cleaning Apartment and condominium cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning High-volume residential cleaning environments
Assignments are matched to each cleaner’s experience and the type of property requiring service.
Compensation & What You’ll Receive
Compensation is based on experience, assigned work, and the type of cleaning appointment completed.

About Bridgepoint Maintenance
Bridgepoint Maintenance is an international property maintenance and general contracting operator built on a single premise: a building is a system, and systems need one accountability line, not a dozen disconnected vendors.
The problem in property maintenance is fragmentation. A single building with three tenant requests in one afternoon often touches four or five different service providers.
