Family Entertainment Center (FEC) Manager
The FEC Manager works in conjunction with the FEC Director to manage FEC operations and staff. The role supports and assists in enhancing both our self-operated business locations (Theatre and Non-theatre), and those of our third-party customers. This role acts as an ambassador of the company brand to maximize revenue and guest experiences.
The role will assist and strive to maximize FEC revenues while adhering to established budgets. It will manage and perform administrative and operational duties related to the overall FEC Operations including but not limited to recruitment, staff scheduling, implementing and enforcing all company policies and procedures and training programs.
The role will assist in overseeing and carrying out company-wide projects as part of the installation team; this includes tasks such as: project/installation preparation and execution; implementation and enforcement of company practices; training of all employees; mentoring, developing and supporting staff.
These are the standards we look for:
- University / College diploma in a business administration of study or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an operational team from a related industry, ideally in the Family Entertainment Centre or Amusement sector.
- Travel to and from locations is a requirement of the role. 50% of the time.
- Experience working in areas with exposure to heavy equipment/machinery operation or traffic.
- A valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle are required.
- Self-disciplined with excellent organizational, project and time management skills.
- Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required
- Demonstrate strong organizational, management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize.
