Position Summary

As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations by preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality breakfast meals for resort guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient breakfast service while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for breakfast cuisine, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform efficiently during busy morning service periods.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes including eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, pastries, and other morning specialties according to established recipes and presentation standards

Ensure timely preparation and execution of breakfast and brunch service while maintaining consistency and quality in every dish served

Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in creating fresh and innovative breakfast features that complement the relaxing resort atmosphere and scenic waterfront setting

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Monitor food inventory levels, assist with prep work, and ensure ingredients are properly stored and rotated

Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and provide guests with a positive dining experience

Stay current with breakfast and brunch trends, bringing creative ideas and enthusiasm to the culinary team

Requirements

Previous experience as a breakfast cook, lin
