Key Responsibilities: General Admin: Order & Manage inventory of Office Supply materials, create vouchers for donations, complete submissions to events & festivals, Guest Experience Execution (tours/tastings/events) - 75% Purchase Order Creation, JD Edwards Invoice reconciliation, Supplier Management & Generate Purchasing Reports - 20% Support Estate Managers and Senior Manager with general inquiries, calendar management, and room bookings for Arterra staff - 5% Qualifications: High-School Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Suite Proficient in Microsoft Teams Able to quickly learn new software Having worked in admin roles before is a benefit, but not required Strong organizational skills and having worked in environments with multiple stakeholders Any Microsoft training courses are a benefit, but not required POS system PredictSpring/TOCK/Tripleseat Smart Serve (willingness to obtain) Working Conditions: Primary work location: On-Site/Desk-based role at the winery Secondary work locations: Regularly moves throughout the property as needed (Tasting Boutique, Entourage Room, tour areas, event spaces, retail areas, BOH/support spaces) Physical requirements: Combination of seated desk work and periods of standing/walking during tours, tastings, and event support; light lifting/carrying may be required (e.g., boxes, signage, small supplies) up to ~25 lbs. Fast-paced, customer-facing environment with frequent switching between administrative tasks and on-floor support, especially during peak periods and events. Additional Information: Primarily weekday daytime hours, with evening and weekend shifts required by request based on events, tours, concerts, and business needs (schedule provided in advance when possible). The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
