What will you be doing?

• Responsible for our customers experiences
• Help customers redeem prizes
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility
• Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
• Greet guests, answer general questions and provide information about our services in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide guests with directions around the facility
• Process sales transactions

What we’re looking for?

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
