Responsibilities

Tasks

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Perform same duties as workers supervised Prepare and submit reports Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Assist clients/guests with special needs Co-ordinate, assign and review work Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery Take, cancel and change room reservations Respond to complaints of guests Receive and record bookings for package tours Provide staff training Provide, arrange for, or refer guests to valet parking services Provide information on hotel facilities and services Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments Process group arrivals and departures Perform front desk duties Make and confirm reservations Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations Co-ordinate work activities with other departments Answer inquiries and provide information to customers Answer electronic enquiries Resolve conflict situations Professionalism in customer service Conduct sales calls MS Office
