As Kitchen Supervisor, you lead the flow of breakfast and daytime service—keeping the kitchen organized, the team supported, and every plate consistent. You’re the steady presence that keeps everything moving.

A day in the life

• You arrive early and set the kitchen up for a smooth, successful service
• You lead breakfast service, keeping quality high and timing tight
• You coordinate prep so the team is ready for what’s next
• You support brunches and special events like Mother’s Day and Easter
• You guide the team, answer questions, and keep everyone on track
• You receive deliveries, check quality, and ensure proper storage (FIFO)
• You wrap the shift knowing the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for tomorrow

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Strong understanding of breakfast or brunch service
• Confidence leading a shift and supporting a team
• Solid organization and time management skills
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset during busy service
