About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Package take-out food. Portion and wrap foods. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Take customers' orders. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods.
