About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Supervision: 5-10 people. 11-15 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Point of sale system. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail.
