Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your role is crucial in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in the full service restaurant is required.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
