We are looking for a Spa Receptionist & Guest Experience Attendant who understands that this role is not just answering phones or booking appointments ? it is about owning the entire front-of-house experience and ensuring every guest leaves feeling taken care of, confident, and already planning their next visit.

This position is best suited to someone who is naturally polished, highly reliable, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What This Role Involves

• Welcoming and checking in guests in a warm, professional, and confident manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and settled
• Managing bookings, schedule flow, and ensuring appointments run on time
• Answering phones and messages clearly, efficiently, and with strong communication
• Recommending services and retail in a natural, helpful way
• Encouraging and securing rebookings before guests leave
• Supporting management with daily priorities and assigned tasks
• Supporting service providers by maintaining flow and organization throughout the day
• Maintaining a clean, calm, and elevated front-of-house environment
• Handling busy periods with urgency, attention to detail, and composure
• Completing opening/closing duties, light cleaning, and laundry as part of daily operations

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Schedule

Part-time position. Must be available to work 1?2 evenings per week and some Saturdays. Must be available to begin training immediately.
