Patio season is here and we are looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders to join our team at Spice Lounge & Tapas.

Located in the heart of Port Credit, Spice is known for its vibrant atmosphere, signature sangria, live entertainment, cocktails, and upscale tapas experience.

We are looking for bartenders who can handle high-volume service while creating an energetic guest experience. If you move fast, stay organized, and know how to keep the vibe alive on busy summer nights, we want to meet you.

What You?ll Do

Prepare cocktails, sangria, wine, beer, and specialty drinks quickly and consistently

Deliver exceptional guest service at the bar and patio

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Handle high-volume weekend and late-night service

Work closely with servers and hosts to create a seamless guest experience

Check identification and follow Smart Serve guidelines

Help create an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

What We?re Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant, lounge, or nightlife environment

Strong cocktail and wine knowledge

Ability to multitask under pressure

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Availability for evenings, weekends, and late nights

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
