Manage access control: check ID, issue passes, secure restricted areas, control keys Conduct foot patrols and monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems Respond to emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, assist evacuations Identify hazards and report safety concerns Inspect and report security equipment issues Write reports and assist with incident investigations Enforce security, health, and safety policies Perform basic computer and administrative tasks Provide customer service: greet, guide visitors, and answer questions Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification required Minimum 1 year of security guard experience Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
