Summary We are seeking a dedicated BOH Supervisor to join our team at Moxies Kelowna. Located in the heart of Kelowna, this role is vital in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our mission to provide outstanding culinary experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to foster a collaborative environment. Coordinate food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Support restaurant management in implementing policies and procedures. Assist in resolving customer complaints related to food quality or service. Promote a positive team culture focused on excellence and hospitality. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Experience with restaurant management systems is preferred. Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction. Food handling certification is an asset.
