Inn Towne Motel is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is honest, dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
Job Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in hotel, motel, or hospitality operations is preferred
- Experience with reservations systems and basic office software is an asset
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Greet and register arriving guests
- Take, update, cancel, and manage room reservations
- Assign rooms and provide information about motel facilities and local attractions
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Calculate charges, process payments, and balance cash reports
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain reservation records, room availability, and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and record keeping
- Assist with light housekeeping duties when required
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Work Environment
