Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to work along side our Chef and culinary culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant and kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service
• Follow proper meal preparation techniques to uphold consistency and presentation quality
• Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of the food industry operations is a plus
