Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Previous hotel experience or custodial background is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and amenities meet cleanliness standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Restock toiletries, linens, and other room essentials as needed
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest privacy and comfort

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple rooms within scheduled timeframes
• Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and management
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
• Prior experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality environments is a plus

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
