Morning Banquet Supervisor
This role is ideal for someone who loves to hit the ground running early in the morning. Must be able to oversee a small team while providing service for multiple events.
Objective: To contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing superior customer service and upholding quality standards for banquet operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up, service and clean up banquet events Adheres to quality and industry standards when completing tasks. Follows all grooming and uniform guidelines. Acts as an Ambassador to the hotel including greeting guests, making them feel welcome, and handling basic inquiries. Ensure health and safety practices and WCB regulations are followed. Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal/external contacts. Stock supplies, fold napkins, roll cutlery and clean facilities as required. Other tasks as required, including the restaurant if needed Education & Qualifications: Strong preference for over two years of banquet experience, one year as a banquet supervisor. Must be able to work within a team and with minimal supervision. Resourceful and creative with the ability to work well under pressure and in changing situations. Team player, flexible and energetic. Demonstrated excellence in guest satisfaction.
