The Housekeeping Department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. It is a physically demanding job, and one where perfection is the minimum standard – if you love to clean and want to be a part of a team where your leaders are going to be rolling up their sleeves and working alongside you to get the job done, then look no further! Job Requirements:  

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Marriott brand goals  
• Thoroughly clean assigned rooms and public spaces-make beds, change sheets, replenish clean towels and toiletries, sweep, mop, vacuum, dusting, disinfect, polishing, washing windows, walls, and ceilings, pick up debris, empty trash
• Take the initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests  
• Thoroughly understand and implement Marriott brand service culture  
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities  
• Able to work independently  
• Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards  
• Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials  
• Ability to lift 30 pounds  
• Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods  
• Perform other duties as required
