Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
• Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures during food handling and cooking processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook/Grill Cook in upscale restaurants(s)
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
