Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Asset languages: Mandarin. Cantonese. Ranks of chefs: Executive chef. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
