Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Conduct training sessions. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Organize and maintain inventory. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
