As a Server, you are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in the guest experience we deliver each day. We are looking for two professionals who are passionate about service and customer satisfaction.</p><strong>OUR VALUES G H G C</strong><p>Grow together · Hospitality is our priority · Guarantee of excellence · Experience creators</p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong><ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide impeccable service from start to finish</li><li>Advise guests on menus, products, and food and wine pairings</li><li>Take orders, provide table service, and manage billing</li><li>Handle complaints, allergies, and special requests with professionalism</li><li>Set up and dismantle your section</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards at all times</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team</li><li>Apply Sheraton brand policies, procedures, and standards</li><li>Perform any other related tasks to support restaurant operations</li></ul><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong><p><strong>Qualities:</strong> Friendly, dynamic, team player, organized, autonomous, able to handle stress, detail-oriented, professional</p><p><strong>Experience and education:</strong><br> DEP or DEC in hospitality/restaurant service or equivalent training, relevant experience in table service, bilingualism (French-English) required due to regular interactions with an international clientele, knowledge of MAPAQ standards, wine knowledge is an asset.</p><strong>WHY JOIN US</strong><p>By joining our team, you benefit from 2 weeks of vacation, 12 paid statutory holidays (including your birthday!), and up to 8 sick days.
