Duties

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations with clarity and efficiency. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and address any security concerns promptly. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and foster positive guest relations to enhance their stay. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent phone etiquette. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.
